Dr Natashia Dilla is one of the Directors of Complete Children’s Health.
She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Medical Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa before moving to Melbourne where she undertook and completed her Paediatric Training at the Royal Children’s Hospital. She has worked in the public health service between South Africa and Australia for 25 years. She currently still holds a part-time staff specialist position with admitting rights at Sunshine Hospital, Western Health. Dr Dilla is also a Clinical Teacher for Notre Dame University, Clinical School of Medicine, Melbourne. She is also a Clinical Teacher for the University of Melbourne, Clinical School of Medicine at Sunshine Hospital, Western Health.
Dr Dilla is a General Paediatrician with a diverse range of interests including autism spectrum disorders, behavioural and developmental medicine, learning difficulties, acute paediatrics, infant health, feeding issues, atopic disorders and general child and adolescent health. Dr Dilla is focused on the practice of holistic medicine for all, to improve outcomes for patients and carers of diverse backgrounds.
Dr Natashia Dilla is married and is a mother of three. She has a strong interest in international medicine and enjoys attending international medical conferences. She also enjoys reading, music and travel.
Dr Yolanda Arduca is one of the Directors of Complete Children’s Health. Dr Arduca holds an honours degree as a Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).
She worked as a consulting doctor for the Royal Children’s Hospital, particularly involved with the Plagiocephaly clinic until 2016 when her focus shifted to her growing private practice in both Keilor and Moonee Ponds.
Dr Arduca’s has a variety of general paediatric interests including autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental paediatrics, including ADHD, learning difficulties and developmental paediatrics. She also enjoys working and helping parents with unsettled babies, fussy eating, obesity, allergies, eczema, asthma, adolescent issues, and mental health issues. Her work also includes children who have asthma, allergies and obesity.
Dr Arduca has also spent many years working with the craniofacial team at the Royal Childrens Hospital seeing children with a variety of issues.
Outside work, Dr Arduca is a busy mother of three, although 2 are now young adults and two toy poodles. When time permits, she has many interests. She loves to travel and shop, read a good book, go for long walks, or just sit and watch a good series with the poodles on her lap.
Dr Brooke Harcourt – Paediatric and Maternal Dietitian
Working out of CCH in Keilor, DR Brooke Harcourt is a Paediatric and Maternal Dietitian with Family Dietetics.
Brooke believes in working with children and their families to develop personalised and attainable nutrition goals. Brooke has advanced training in feeding therapies including the SOS feeding method and working with children with ASD, and lactation counselling.
Paediatric dietitians may work individually or part of a multidisciplinary team depending on your child’s condition.

At your initial appointment, Brooke will assess: your child’s growth, eating patterns and habits, sleeping patterns, full dietary intake, daily activity levels, current medical condition and medical history. Goals for nutrition therapy are developed together with the family and any other relevant medical professionals and progress is evaluated each visit.
Appointments with a dietitian are available with or without a referral.

Katherine Gayton is a Clinical Psychologist ( B. Psych, B.AppSci (Psych) (Hons), M.Psych (Clinical) dedicated to supporting children and adolescents aged 4–18 years. She has extensive experience working with young people facing social, emotional, behavioural, and academic challenges, drawing on her background in hospital, community mental health, and educational settings.
Katherine will be focusing solely on assessments and will be working from our Keilor rooms.

A former high school teacher and current General Psychologist with a Master’s in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University Andrew provides psychological support and therapy for individuals aged 4 years and above, with a primary focus on children and adolescents.
Andrew also conducts comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments and is experienced in intake, formulation and feedback processes.
Assessments include: – Cognitive assessments (WPPSI, WISC-V, WAIS-V), – Educational assessments (WIAT-III), – Adaptive Functioning (Vineland), – Behavioural and emotional assessment (BASC-3, BYI), – ADHD (Conners, DIVA), – Autism and social communication (SRS), and – Executive Functioning (BRIEF).
Andrew’s therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness. Andrew’s combined background in education and psychology provides him with a strong understanding of learning, development and student wellbeing. His experience in school and clinical settings enables him to work effectively with young people who present with academic, behavioural, social, and emotional challenges. Andrew is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative and engaging therapeutic environment. He works closely with children, adolescents and their families to develop practical, strengths-based strategies.

Renee is a Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist with 20 years of experience specialising in the assessment and intervention of children presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders, including developmental delay, autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric conditions, ADHD, as well as behavioural and learning problems. She primarily works with children aged 3 to 16 years and assesses teenagers and young adults with learning or developmental conditions. Renee will be working the first Tuesday of every month, primarily doing assessments – with a focus on children presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Renee is the Director of the Child and Adolescent Neuropsychology Group, which focuses on children with neurodevelopmental disorders and has a Doctorate in Psychology (Neuro), MAPS(CCN). She also works as a Senior Neuropsychologist within the Mental Health Neurodevelopment Clinic at the Royal Children’s Hospital, where she provides assessment, diagnostic opinions, and interventions for children with complex neurodevelopmental disorders.
Renee is a lecturer at Monash University within the Doctoral Clinical Neuropsychology Program, where she teaches the paediatric neuropsychology course curriculum. She has provided expert consultation to government departments, such as Specialist Children’s Services and the Department of Education. Renee also previously coordinated the multidisciplinary Learning Difficulties Clinic and Neurodevelopmental Clinic for the Western Health Network for eight years. She has a long history of working collaboratively with allied health professionals (social work, speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy) and school and education systems professionals. Additionally, Renee has conducted information and education sessions for teachers and schools on learning difficulties and intervention strategies.
Renee has previously held the position of Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre, Melbourne University.
Lisa is a psychologist who works with children and families and has over twenty years of experience. At Complete Children’s Health, she will be offering her services for cognitive & learning assessments.
Lisa has been trained in the gold star Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), which provides autism assessments for children and teens. Cognitive and learning assessments are available to enhance learning outcomes and tailor individual programs. Assessment outcomes offer opportunities for change and understanding inclusive of education recommendations. Lisa has a background in teaching utilising these skills to inform practice.
Lisa engages in animal-assisted therapy with the in-office therapy puppy, Dolly, to support children during their child session – this is available only with pre-assessment discussion and approval.
Lisa is a parent herself and assists families with practical, sound and responsive support throughout the assessment process.
Introducing Mary Speirs, our Senior Speech Pathologist, a seasoned practitioner and compassionate advocate for the language journeys of each paediatric case she undertakes.
In response to the evolving landscape of family needs, Mary strategically shifts her focus towards short-term therapy sessions and providing invaluable parental advice. Her objective is to guide families in deciphering the extent of their child’s challenges and facilitating informed decisions for the way forward.
Mary’s proficiency is particularly notable in the assessment of girls for ASD, as her unique ability to identify ASD in girls sets her apart in the field.
Adding another dimension to her comprehensive approach, Mary conducts parent training sessions through the Hanen Programs. These virtual sessions, conducted over Zoom are NDIS-approved and, empower parents to participate actively in their child’s therapy. Mary’s commitment transcends conventional therapy; it is about fostering understanding and active involvement.
Beyond the confines of our clinic, Mary assumes a crucial role as a local school collaborator, seamlessly integrating assessments and therapies and adeptly navigating the complexities of funding structures.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and brings over eleven years of experience as a paediatric physiotherapist, working in both Egypt and Australia. He specialises in treating children with neurological disorders and motor developmental delays, including but not limited to cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. Samuel is dedicated to enhancing children’s motor development and helping them achieve their personal goals.
When not at work, Samuel enjoys playing soccer, running, and spending quality time with his family.
