How To Make An Appointment

Complete Children’s Health are pleased to announce that we have reopened our books to Paediatric Medical Referrals to a selected number of our Paediatricians.  Wait-times are currently 1-2 months but we expect this will increase. If your GP deems your medical referral to be urgent, please ask you GP rooms to check the referral has been received and advise our triaging department of the urgency.

Our email for referrals is referrals@completechildrenshealth.com.au

Unfortunately we are still closed to Behavioural & Developmental Referrals which includes referrals for ASD and or ADHD.  A decision to reopen to Behavioural & Developmental Referrals is anticipated mid-year.

Please note that Dietitian, Physiotherapy & Psychology & Speech Pathology Assessment referrals will remain open with a current wait time of 1-2 months.

Allied Health referrals can be emailed to info@completechildrenshealth.com.au

Consent Form for Separated Parents
Both parents must complete and sign a consent form for separated parents – this form is required before any treatment can proceed. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule an appointment for your child without a signed consent form. Any interim or legal orders relating to the care, protection or medical treatment of your children must also be provided prior to your first appointment.

If parents separate during the course of a child’s treatment you must ALERT us ASAP and complete the form.

For those looking for Speech Pathology and Psychological Assessments or Physiotherapy appointments, please refer to the Who We Are page for further information.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office.

We continue to offer telehealth appointments to patients and family members who are unwell.
