At Complete Children’s Health we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment for all our patients, families, and staff. We understand that attending a medical appointment, especially for children, can sometimes be stressful. However, we expect all interactions to remain courteous and respectful.
Our Zero Tolerance Policy for Agressive or Abusive Behaviour
We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive or abusive behaviour. This includes:
• Verbal abuse: Yelling, shouting, or using offensive or disrespectful language.
• Physical intimidation or threats: Any behaviour that causes fear or harm.
• Harassment or discrimination: Inappropriate comments, gestures, or conduct.
• Property damage: Vandalism or intentional destruction of property.
Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
What Happens If Aggressive Behaviour Occurs?
If a situation arises, our staff are trained to respond appropriately. Actions may include:
• Issuing a verbal or written warning.
• Asking the individual to leave the premises.
• Contacting the police if necessary.
• Restricting access to the practice for repeat or severe incidents.
We’re Here to Support You

Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience any aggressive behaviour, please report it to a staff member immediately. All reports will be treated seriously and handled confidentially.
